Cancellation and Refund Policy for Atlantis Citizen App Marketplace

 

1. Cancellation Policy:

 

a. Users have the option to cancel their orders within a specific time frame, which is 12 hours from the time of order placement.

b. To initiate a cancellation, users should follow these steps:

- Go to ‘Order History’, then click on ‘Cancel Order’.  

- Follow the provided cancellation process.

c. Cancellation requests made after the 12-hour window may not be accepted.

2. Return Policy:

 

a. Product returns are accepted within a defined period, which is up to 3 days after the delivery date. 

 

b. Conditions for product returns:

- The product's original packaging must be intact and in its original condition.

- The eligibility of a product for return may vary based on its nature. Some products, such as perishable goods or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.

 

 

3. Refund Policy:

 

a. Refunds will be initiated under the following circumstances:

 

- If a user cancels an order within the specified 12-hour time frame, a full refund will be processed within 5 working days.

 

- For product returns, refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.

 

b. Refund Process:

 

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

- The exact time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the user's account may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times.

 

 

4. Contacting Customer Support:

 

a. Users experiencing issues related to cancellations, returns, or refunds should promptly contact our customer support via the WhatsApp option available in the side menu of the Atlantis Citizen App.

 

b. When reaching out to customer support, please provide the following details:

- Order information (order number, date of purchase).

- A clear and detailed description of the issue or reason for cancellation/return.

 

 

5. Karma Usage:

 

a. Users who have accumulated Karma through participation in bounties can utilize it as a discount mechanism when making purchases within the Atlantis Citizen App Marketplace.

 

b. Note that Karma cannot be used as a direct payment method but can be applied to reduce the total price of the order.

 

 

6. Policy Updates:

 

a. Varunastra Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated within the Atlantis Citizen App.
